Our family has always been mindful of what we breathe and what we eat. Coming from the capital, we found ourselves increasingly overwhelmed by the crowds and noise of city life—especially during the COVID pandemic, when the desire for space, fresh air, and tranquility became even more urgent.

It was then that we remembered the beautiful island of Kythera, a place where we had once spent unforgettable moments. Inspired by its pristine nature and peaceful atmosphere, we made the life-changing decision to build a home there—one that would reflect our values of sustainability, well-being, and harmony with the environment.

Finding no existing home that met our vision, we took matters into our own hands. We assembled an exceptional international team of builders and spared no effort in constructing a house that meets the highest modern standards. Every detail was carefully considered, from insulation and energy efficiency to the choice of materials, ensuring a space that is both comfortable and environmentally conscious.

Alongside our home, we also secured a piece of land to grow our own fruits and vegetables, reconnecting with the natural rhythms of the earth and embracing a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
